Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
CXL Dialers runs dialers and carrier voice for call centers, which means we hold data that matters — your leads, your recordings, your customers' conversations. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and which parts are yours rather than ours.
01Who This Covers
This policy covers CXL Dialers's website and the dialer and VoIP services we operate for customers.
Two different kinds of data are involved, and it matters which one we mean:
• Our data about you — the account and billing information of the business that contracts with us.
• Your data on our infrastructure — the leads, call recordings and reporting your VCDial instance holds. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor. It is your data; we hold it on your behalf.
02Information We Collect
From website visitors:
• Details you submit through the contact or quote form (name, company, email, phone, seat count, dial mode and regions).
• Standard analytics — pages viewed, referrer, approximate location and device type, via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
From customers:
• Account, contact and billing information.
• Support correspondence across whichever channels you use with us.
• Operational telemetry from your instance — uptime, channel usage, error rates — which we use to keep the service running.
03Call Recordings & Customer Data
Your call recordings, lead lists and reporting data sit on infrastructure we provision for you.
• We access them only to operate, troubleshoot or restore your service, or when you ask us to.
• We do not sell them, mine them, or use them to train anything.
• Disks are encrypted at rest and backed up nightly to off-site storage.
• Retention windows are set by you to match your compliance requirements.
Recording calls carries legal obligations — consent, notification and retention rules differ by country and by state. Meeting those obligations for your campaigns is your responsibility as the controller. We will configure the platform to support whatever your counsel requires.
04How We Use Data
• To respond to quote requests and provide support.
• To provision, operate, monitor and secure your dialer and trunks.
• To bill you and keep the records tax law requires.
• To improve our own service and website.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
05Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies for two purposes: remembering your cookie preference and announcement dismissal, and analytics through Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.
You can decline analytics cookies from the banner, and clear or block them in your browser at any time. Declining does not affect any service you buy from us.
06Sub-Processors
Delivering the service requires a small number of third parties:
• Infrastructure and datacenter providers hosting your instance.
• Telecom carriers terminating your calls and providing DIDs.
• Payment processing for billing.
• Google Analytics for website measurement.
Ask legal@cxl.info for the current sub-processor list if you need it for a vendor review.
07Your Rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Send requests to legal@cxl.info and we will respond within the period your local law requires.
For data held on your own instance, you can export or delete it yourself at any time — you do not need to ask us.
08Security
• Servers are firewalled and hardened before handover, with intrusion prevention enabled.
• Disks are encrypted at rest and backups are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access to customer infrastructure is limited to the engineers who support it and is logged.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and directly, not through a press release.
09Changes & Contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes are communicated to customers directly rather than by quietly editing this page.
