We got tired of
waiting on dialers
CXL Dialers builds and runs VCDial dialers and the VoIP behind them, for call centers that need to be dialing today rather than tomorrow.
Why we exist
We came out of the operations side of this industry, not the software side. We had sat in the room where forty agents are on the clock, trained and ready, and the dialer is still “being provisioned” on day two.
The frustrating part was that none of it was technically hard. The delay was process: a ticket queue, one engineer at a time, a separate vendor for the trunks who had their own queue. So we rebuilt the process. Provisioning, installation, tuning and trunk registration now run in parallel, which is why an hour is realistic rather than a marketing number.
Then we brought the carrier relationships in-house. When a route degrades at 2am, the person who picks up already has access to both the dialer and the trunks. No triage between two vendors, no waiting for business hours in another timezone.
That is the whole company: get the floor dialing fast, keep it dialing, and price it like we expect you to still be here next year.
Whatweholdto
Speed Is The Product
Every hour a floor waits on provisioning is a shift of agents paid to sit still. We engineered our setup around that cost, not around our own convenience.
Answer The Phone
Call centers run nights, weekends and holidays. Support that only exists during business hours is not support for this industry.
Quote Honestly
We would rather lose a deal than sell a hundred-seat tier to a thirty-seat operation. Pricing follows your actual usage.
Own The Whole Path
Dialer and trunks from one team means nobody gets to point at another vendor when answer rates fall.
Hand Over Working Systems
A handover means campaigns loaded, agents tested and a live call placed — not a login and a documentation link.
Your Data Is Yours
Leads, recordings and reports belong to you. If you leave, you get a full export, not a negotiation.
Howwegottoonehour
CXL Dialers founded by engineers who had spent years waiting on other people's provisioning queues
First managed dialer deployments, and the beginning of the parallel-provisioning pipeline
Carrier relationships brought in-house so dialer and VoIP ship on one bill
Setup time cut from a business day to under an hour as standard
24/7 shared support channels rolled out to every customer floor
Built on proven open-source telephony
We deploy, harden, tune and support these — no proprietary lock-in layer that makes leaving expensive.
